Terms & Conditions: Invincible Giveaway
1. The prize draw is to win ONE of TWELVE copies of Invincible: Chronicles of Nick Book 2 by Sherrilyn Kenyon only.
2. The winner will be selected at random by a member of Sherrilyn Kenyon’s UK marketing, PR or editorial team.
3. The winner may see their entry posted on Sherrilyn Kenyon’s UK website and possibly other websites and Twitter accounts.
4. The Judges’ decision is final.
5. There is no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
6. The prize draw opens on the 29th March 2011 and closes at midnight BST on 29th April 2011. Any entries received outside these specified times and dates will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
7. Entries must be received on or before the Closing Date.
8. The competition is open to all UK and Ireland residents aged 12 or over at the time of entering except employees of Little, Brown Book Group, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the draw either themselves or through their families. (If you are under 16 years of age you will need to confirm that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to enter the competition.) Entries from outside the UK and Ireland or from entrants who do not otherwise meet the entry criteria will not be processed.
9. Only one entry per person allowed. Second or subsequent entries will be disqualified. Entries will not be accepted via agents, third parties or in bulk.
10. Little, Brown Book Group is not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed.
11. Little, Brown Book Group reserves the right to alter the prizes or cancel the prize draw without notice.
12. The winner will be notified by email within 4 weeks of the closing date.
13. The prize winner will need to respond within 4 weeks of receiving the email as to whether they are able to accept the prize or not. If a selected entrant does not meet all of the contract conditions, another entrant will be selected from the remaining list of eligible entries.
14. Little, Brown Book Group will only use your email address, and the winners’ postal addresses, in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and in accordance with our privacy policy. The emails from the entrants, and from the winners with their postal addresses (including any other record of the address), will be deleted respectively after the end on the competition and after the prizes have been posted.
15. By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
